This website does not use forms, accounts, or e-commerce, and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. The sections below describe the limited data this site handles.
Information we collect
Server logs
Like virtually all websites, ours automatically records basic technical information when you visit - your IP address, browser and operating system, the page you came from, and the date and time of access. This is collected by our hosting provider (Cloudflare, see below) for security and to keep the site running reliably. It is not merged with any other data source or used to identify you personally.
Local storage
If you switch between light and dark mode, that preference is saved in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. We do not set cookies of our own or use any cookie-based tracking.
Information you send us directly
This site has no contact form. If you reach out by email or phone using the links on our Contact page, the information you choose to share - such as your name, contact details, and the content of your message - is handled like ordinary business correspondence: used to respond to your inquiry and not shared with third parties without your consent.
Embedded map
Our Contact page embeds a map from OpenStreetMap to show our office location. Loading that embed connects your browser directly to OpenStreetMap's servers, which is subject to the OpenStreetMap Foundation's privacy policy, not ours. The "Get directions" link takes you to Google Maps on Google's own site; we don't send any of your data to Google ourselves.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare processes the technical data described above on our behalf under a data processing agreement, and also provides security filtering against malicious traffic. More information is available in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Data retention
Server logs are retained only as long as needed for security and reliability purposes. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, or as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, or object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, or if you have questions about this policy, contact us using the details on our Contact page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the site. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
